Payments:

• We offer our customes the Convienience of the following methods of payment.
  
  1. Pay with your credit card through our secure server.
  2. Pay with a check or money order through our secure server.
  
  Credit Cards, Check or Money Order: For fast secure online payment with your major credit cards, Checks or Money orders. Click on buy now button and your order will be processed through our secure shopping cart system.

Order processing:

• After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks. Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and verification of your payment.
  
  If you are paying by credit card, your order will be prosessed through secure merchant account and shipped within 24 hours of receipt and verification of your payment.

Shipping Policy:

• Most items will be shipped by UPS ground service. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All international shipping charges will be based on the closest estimate using the USPS Rate Calculator and will be shipped via USPS.

   

Return Policy:

• Merchandise purchased from Zumbador  may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  
  If any component of the returned product is missing, the return procedure is breached and the Zumbador Store may reject the return or may choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component. A 5% restock fee will be charged for all returns. . Unless an error was made by Zumbador, shipping charges are not refundable.
  
  Before returning items, it is necessary to  obtain an RMA # for your return. Once you have been instructed where to return the item you are responsible for shipping charges back to that address. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued and items must be received in that time frame. Please reference this number in a clear location on the outside of the package when returning product. The customer shall be responsible for the return of any unused product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof or delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.

Warranty Policy:

• All products sold by Zumbador are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, service, or support policy (if any). In the event that there is a technical problem that occurs with your product upon receipt or installation of your product we urge you to contact the manufacturer directly.
  
  The customer shall be responsible for the return of any defective product and agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the value of the shipment.
   

  Zumbador bears no responsibility in sending a replacement item to the customer in the event that they have received a defective product. If you receive a defective unit, contact the manufacturer and they will typically repair or replace the product.
